I don't know about that, maybe if the sand is soft.

I had a dr appt today. The bad news is that it didn't heal quite straight - I have about 1cm of overlap on the bones. But the good news is that it's not bad enough to require surgery. He said come back in six months for one final x-ray and we'll call it done.

On another note,

Is anyone bringing a SO? Or a dog?

I would like to bring both, but I'm not sure of the rules pertaining to dogs and SO's?

If I bring the dog (Buddy)

Someone will have to watch him while we RIDE. If I bring Youmi:

She can watch Buddy, but she may be bored. Anyone bringing SO's or Dogs?

Dogs are fine as long as they are under your control at all times. Mxtrail, the organizer of this event will be bringing his dogs out for the weekend.

Significant Others - how about if we call them wives, girlfriends or whatever, political correctness has never been one of my key ingredients.

Matter of fact, the definition of "Politically Correct" is:

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

There are two sides of Camp Indian Springs. The "Men's" side is where all the single guys will be staying, mostly in one or two cabins. The couples and single females will be staying over on the "Women's" side of the camp. Works out very well that way.

Nobrakes, I love the poem, I hope you don't mind me copying it over to another forum and changing one letter in the poem. I think it's great and credit will be given to you for the brilliance of your work!

Yeah, OK, but wait until after your 3rd kid and this stuff starts sticking in your head and you begin to think in Seuss.

Hey, we can do Haikus next

Um, you don't need to give me credit, but I appreciate it - it took all of five minutes. But I bet I know which letter you are going to change.

Actually, I posted it just as it! No letter change.

The excitement is growing. I was just chatting with Mxtrail and he already has one cabin on the men's side filled up! There will be at least 10 folks show up Thursday. Sounds like a Friday ride is in order!

This is going to be the biggest gathering yet!

And the largest of KLX250S's ever!
