I had to get the bike ready for its bi-annual govt test and having it sat for a while waiting for parts since the reg/rectifier had died (probably due to having installed a Lithium battery awhile back) it wouldn't idle when started, its not the first time this has happened and again turned out to be the idle jet was blocked with fuel residue.

So I thought now is the time to fit the TM33-8012 pumper carb that I bought from MikuniOz back in 2019. There are a few issues on fitment as it was bought with fitment options for a KLX250 as they didn't do a kit for the KLR but nothing too major that cant be overcome.

As in the title, have any or you fitted this carb as I'd like to get an idea of what jetting you used for a standard 250cc? Cheers.
