Hello!


My 1988 KLR250 fuel tank is leaking from the cap. Thus, I am looking for a fuel tank gasket, but they are nowhere to be found! The gasket seems to come only with the cap, but it is discontinued.

Any idea where I can find a gasket for my bike?

I had the same issue with my '86 I fixed it with black silicone gasket repair. I forced it into the cracks then laid down a thin layer over the whole gasket and let it dry for 24 hrs. No more leaks. I searched everywhere, even the Kawasaki dealer couldn't help.
