Power steering light comes on and I loose power steering every time I rev the engine above idle. If I'm just setting at an idle steering works great.

Any thoughts?

Background; company vehicle. just had voltage regulator replaced for battery charging issues. They replaced it with one from a scrapped vehicle. Fixed charging issue, but developed this problem.
