Head light switch voltage drop - 2510

Head light switch voltage drop - 2510
Mule 2510 headlight switch shows a one volt drop when turned on even though both headlights have been disconnected. Is this normal or is this an indication of a switch or wiring problem? Appreciate any guidance as I am in middle of upgrading to LED headlights.
