Hello. I'm new to the Jetski life so please forgive my ignorance and go easy on me. I've recently purchased a used 2013 Kawasaki Ultra 300x with 25 engine hours. What a fun toy! I live in Cozumel, Mexico. The intent is to play around the island most the time but I am curious about longer rides like south into Belize or even the Bay Islands of Honduras or possibly even Havana, Cuba. I guess first I'm curious if there is any way to estimate the fuel range these machines get. Secondly if anyone knows of quality resources for information on extended jetski adventures. I'm not entirely new to water - I've owned 3 boats in my life and I work on the sea daily as a scuba instructor. I've also done some hardcore week-long snowmobile adventures by backpack. But I never try these sort of adventures without being extremely well prepared, so any assistance you can lend would be well received. Thanks!
