Default 97 900 ski turn over issues

2 wks ago i put new battery in ski hooked up water and it turned over great but didn't start. I noticed it had no gas. Today i put gas in it and tried starting it and acted like it is hydro locked. Pull plugs still does same thing.

It probably IS hydrolocked.
When you ran the hose water, but failed to get the ski running, the water filled the exhaust chambers (water cooled exhaust system).
Normally this water is blown out with exhaust gasses... but your ski didn't start up.
Consequence... excess water in the exhaust backed up into the engine via exhaust ports and hydro locked it.
You need to get it dry, and running ASAP to avoid corrosion.
Lay the ski over, exhaust side down. Pull the plugs. Hand crank the engine till you can turn it several rotations without resistance. (Power cranking a hydrolocked engine can damage rods, flywheel gears, shear pins, etc.)
Get it fired up and warmed up to dry it completely.
Rule: Start engine - start hose water flow only enough to get a steady pisser stream), - stop water flow - stop engine. If the engine stalls, shut off water immediately.
I use a 1/4 turn shutoff valve right at the ski end of the hose so I can regulate flow and quickly shut it off as needed.
