Kawsaki SC650 engine oil Change
Hi All
I dont know a lot about jetskis but I recently bought a kawasaki sc650 now it had not been used for a while, runs fine but what i wanted to know do jetskis have oil in the gearbox (bottom end) to lubricate the crank bearings?. If so how do you change it, im hoping the engine dosnt have to come out to drain the old oil out and im not sure how much oil to put in there seems to be a plug in front of the engine front of the engine, I have heard they are the same engine used in all Kawsaki 650 twin skis
Any help will be very usefull
Anthony

Hi Anthony
As far as I am aware there is no oil sump in the ski, its is ran on 2 stroke which has the oil in it for the lubrication of the parts.
I may be wrong but i think that that the plug is an inspection hole. Looking at the parts diagrams it says it is a breather
Diagrams
I searched under the 1994 model
