after checking intake water line. and water jackets ok. not enough cooling water going to exhaust or water box. hose connection between water box and exhaust outlet busted. can I tee off hose in rear of exhaust pipe? recirculation hose and get cooling water from intake glow to intake manifold or lines at cylinder head or pisser? No one seems to respond. please advise? thank you.

 

How is the pump impeller? On at least some outboard motors, those things wear and need replaced.
