I have a '95 750 sxi and have had the 'original' Factory Pipe dry pipe on it for many years. For the first six years it was fine, but as soon as I put new piston rings in the motor and reinstalled the pipe, the bolts rattle loose and the pipe will not stay on. This has been an off-and-on problem for a few seasons now. Threadlocker and new bolts, etc has not worked. The motor mounts are fine too, so I'm thinking I may have a bad crankshaft, which is causing all the vibration and loosening the pipe.

I have thought about buying their updated sxi pipe, but if it is not the pipe, but rather my ski's engine that is the problem, that won't help. Has anyone heard of a similar problem with another ski or this pipe? Any info would help, thanks.
