Default 650 TS running HOT

new SBT motor, new impeller. Runs well, in driveway, with water from hose connected at head. Also runs cool with water connected at jetpump hose. Problem is it doesnt pump water from jetpump.I dont see water trickling out of the pisser, when in the river. yet no obstructions. Very close gap with impeller, new bearings. Runs like a raped ape, then gets hot, and blows steam out the pisser........ Where or what do I do next??

OK, called a local dealer in PWC, they felt it was a worn wear-ring. I did a search on that, and saw that ya have to have the area all siliconed to the hull, or it sucks air. I didnt silicone, cause I wanted to make sure all was right be4 I did the final siliconing. So, its now sealed up, and I;ll try it tomorrow, again.....

Its all good now. Amazing that just that caulk seal would make a difference. Pumping water fine, that SBT engine is running great!

Any idea where the heat sensor is on a 750STS? It runs for about 10-15 minutes and then cuts out down to idle.
