Curiousity here. Why the clutch lever? Poor clearances? We talking about noise or hand felt vibrations?

the slop on the clutch lever is just plain nasty. the brake lever has slop but i would guess about 1/3rd of what the clutch lever has. its an annoying type of buzzing humming sound. as the clutch lever wears on the perch, it turns into a harmonic type of vibration that can be felt. if you get it humming and put a finger on it its allmost like a shock. i tried to do a bunch of stuff with it, that one wearing no gloves.

So, bar harmonics and the long term usage of the levers combined with the loose tolerances of the bushings, is causing this?

loose tollerances in the lever perch from the get go causes it all and it only gets worse.
