I was recently changing my spark plugs, 99 zx6r, and one of the wires came out of the boot. My question is, is this supposed be like this, are they supposed to detach? If not, can I get normal plug wires, or do I have to order a new coil? Thanks

 

Stop pulling on the wire lead to remove a boot connection. Screw it back on if applicable orrecrimp since you did not have any pics.
