Hey guys so here are the details. My motorcycle was stolen, luckily it was recovered withing hours of reporting it. It appears that they lifted the bike which broke one of the side panels, this I do not care about as it is just plastic. The problem i have is that they broke a drill bit in the ignition in an attempt to unlock the steering. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience replacing the ignition switch on a 2012 ninja 250r. What I am asking is for a tutorial of some sort. Or perhaps a detailed description with images of the installation process. I do not have an owners or service manual. I bought the bike used. It literally looked brand new before it was stolen. I will order the part next week and have a go at it either way. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I would really appreciate any advice.
