Misfire after installing a new battery

Default Misfire after installing a new battery

I have a 2013 Valcan 1700 .Just put in a new battery. went for a test ride and started to misfire under a load ..Came home and checked all connections they were tight. Seems to have dropped a cylinder.Anyone ran into this any help would be gratly appreciated .Thanks

The simple thing to do first would be to pull and look at spark plugs, Just changing a battery won't cause a misfire,

Plus one. Have you checked the coil/s I do not have the factory manual in front of me to look at.

+1 It's probably a coincidence. Check the ignition system, spark plugs first!
