HELP! ZZR600 crash bungs removal.
Hi folks - I’ve agreed to be a knight in shining armour and help a young lady change the oil on her 99 kwak ZZR 600 - however it is fitted with crash bungs - which need to come off to remove the lower fairing in order to get at the oil filter.
However the crash bungs are fitted to the bike via the front engine mounting bolts - I’ve had a look at the Haynes and the ZZR engine is secured to the frame by just these two bolts at the front of the frame (with four at the rear) I am worried that if I remove one of these bolts the engine might slip slightly in the frame - if I need to take both bolts out to get the fairing off - well you can guess what I’m thinking - the engine will plummet along with my popularity! Would you advise putting a jack (with a block of wood) under the sump to support the engine while taking one or both of these bolts out.
Could anyone tell me the proper procedure for removing crash mushrooms on this bike in order to remove the lower fairing?
Many thanks in advance for any advice.

Please ignore above
TYPICAL WOMAN - SHE'S CHANGED HER MIND AND DECIDED TO GET IT DONE AT A SHOP AFTER ALL - SO NO WORRIES.
WORKED OUT IT HAS A SINGLE UPPER FRAME BOLT - SO IT SHOULD BE OK TO REMOVE ONE BOTH OF THE LOWER BOLTS FOR ANYONE WHO COMES ACROSS THIS IN THE FUTURE . DOUBLE CHECK THOUGH!
