Check your fuel pressure then. So now you do not show an FI light as mentioned above. Which is different now than when you first were having issues.

 

It seems to Spark plugs must been checked.. some whater might came inside..

Touch (with carefull), evry tube pipe of your header that ends in the pipe.. (do it with whater in ur fingers) after 2 or 3 minutes that the bike is turned on.

If one of more of the tubes are colder thatn the others.. That is the Spark plug problem.

G'day again everyone, well i have a bit of good news, the bike hasnt cut out on me since my last post! Still had a bit of trouble with it though. It was running a bit crap for a while, hesitating and stuff. Also was afterfiring and blowing flames out the exhaust on deceleration, which looked really cool but was a bad indication of running lean. I took it into the mechanic finally and he played around with it on the dyno. Got it running real sweet, and pulled 116hp at the wheel too! Anyway ran good for about 500km and started running crap again. My mechanic said to take the PC off and see if it stopped. So had the PC off and put in some new plugs and she's running sweet. I hope it is the PC, at least then i know. Pretty bloody annoying though, i wonder if the PC company will fix it for free.
