Default Headlight won't work after touching break light wires with battery on

I didn't realize I had my battery on while wiring up my new DRC brake light. I touched some of the wires on the brake light to the bikes brake light wires and the headlight turned off. The brake light doesn't appear to work either. All turn signals, horn, and ignition still work. I checked the two fuses I could find and they were fine. Headlight bulb isnt burnt out. Bike is 2006. Any idea what I did here?

Welcome to KF
This ride is a 2006 what?
Obviously you found out that this gun was loaded. Always, remove the negative cable on the battery while doing upgrades to your ride as you would check that your weapon is clear. Always.... rant off
What have you found out so far on your 2006 ride of what?

Got it figured out, missed a blown fuse. Lesson learned. Thanks for replying. On a KLX250
