fuel mixture for spark plug

Default fuel mixture for spark plug

I have an bayou 220 2wheel drive kawasaki fourwheeler and it stopped running for a while so i opened the carburetor and b12 chemtooled it and soaked it and cleaned it good it ran for about three days then i had to change the spark plug then the new spark plug burnt up in about three days or so and the spark plug was black so i figure that the fuel mixture waz too rich and I dont know how to adjust that and the choke does not work the airfilter is clean plenty of air flow and any other suggestions or if you know how to adjust it the help would be appreciated thank you!!!!!

Hey scottfourwheeler, not to be a smartarse here, but your manual will show the symptoms, the cure along with the adjustments for your application. What other symptoms in the rpm band does the plugs get "burnt up"?
