Colorado DB law for 01/2010

2009 KX450 Spark arrestor
Just bought an 09 KX450F and just learned Colorado passed a dB law regulating all OHV to 96dB. I am not wanting to purchase a new exaust at this time and would like to avoid spending $134 on a spark arrestor billet end cap that will be absolete in 2010. Does anyone know of a spark arrestor screen I can use with the stock exaust to get me through this season.
