have a 78 KZ 1000 already has a vance and hines pipe putting on K & N air filters anyone have info on what size main jets to go with

Do a plug chop after you have made sure that the float height is correct and that the carbs are synched.

I do a trial and error method.....go up 2 sizes and run a plug chop. so if you are running 105 mains then hit up the 110's. I do not have a set number for your application, but if you are going to be running the pods with the exhaust....I probably would try the 110's first.
