I have a 93 zx6. It seems like my front rotors maybe warped. When using my front brake my lever seems to pulsate and the bike seems to shake. The only thing i can think of is the rotors might be warped. Let me know what you guys think

It may not be warpage, but simply your brakes are worn down to metal on metal contact. From your description, that's exactly what it sounds like; it's also exactly what happens when your brakes wear out and need to be replaced. Let us know!
