bike will run for 5 miles and then cuts out and dies

ok new ? it dosent die but it bogs down like it works fine at 40mph and then it start boughing down like outa fuel. if i put the choke wide open like to start but when im driving it will make it to bout 75mph then start to boug down ok. i called a local shop and they said that rejetting would do it b/c i have an aftermarket ehaust. i dunno if the shop rejetted it or not would this make since to do it? i also have the bike now they only charged me for $300 worth of 600

how do i check if the fuel pump is putting out wat it is suppose to?

Place your gauge on the fuel pump line and note at what pressure it is operating at what rpms. Your manual will tell you how to do this and at what pressures are required.
