My brother and I are replacing the fork seals on a 99 zx600. We do not have the fork cylinder holder tool to separate the internals to get to the actual seal. Does anyone know another technique to do this without the actual tool? Please email me. thedjmongoose@mac.com

 

Generally, not having the correct size allen wrench to remove the cylinder is the issue, and not just holding the cylinder with that tool.

edit: I think I used a long extension to hold that cylinder

does anyone know where I can get the fork holder tool because the place i ordered it from speedsupplies.com is not communicating with me on where it is. I cant get them by phone or email.
