Ipicked upthis Ninja from a friend that needed cash as a project bike to restore it (it in need of some serious TLC) was told that it leaked water into the oil bad. Put water in it runs out the oil drain. So I have pulled the power plant down and the head gasket only showed maybe a small breach between the water jacket and oil passage. Checked head and cylinder for cracks and leaks found none,
Can anyone think of any other places to check for leaks before I order the parts to freshen up this good ol’ girl and buy her a new dancing dress?

 

and the engine has not been bored out?
