Default 89 H-1 Main wire harness

Hello, i am new to the forums and was hopeing that someone may know of a place i could get older discontinued parts from. I bought an 1898 ZX7 rebuilt but there was still quite a bit the owner slacked on. I am replacing a lot of things and it seems like he hacked through the main wire harness and i cant find one anywhere. Maybe i need to re-wire the sections i know for sure need it but i was hopeing to just buy the harness if anyone could help.

Thank you,
Jonathan

Welcome to the forums.
You are talking about the H1 of 1989? Parts are still available. Since I still like my '90 H2.

I have called all over the USA chasing leads to a Main wire harness but still have had no luck finding someone with a good full one. Some parts i can and have been ordering but i just cant seem to fine the Main wire harness

I have contacted about 10-11 different places who have claimed to have the harness but after i pay i get refunded and an e-mail telling me that it is discontinued. I have called the places to talk to them about it and they all refered me to another place that "may" have the harness but no luck so far

A full harness for an H1 1989 only?

edit: only being just the harness, but do you want anything else?

Right now i beleive thats the only thing causing me trouble. The current one on the motorcycle is sliced apart where it would connect to the turn signals, where my new radiator fan would connect to, i cant even find the ends to connect to the radiator so it would automatically turn on. I have a random cylinder tucked away on the rear left fairing thats connected to the harness. it looks like a cylinder and one end connects to the harness other end has about a one inch push button comming out of it. I cant seem to figure out where that goes (it looks a little beat up).

The rear break light will only turn on when i pull the front brake lever or press on the foot brake the light will not brighted so i figure it has something to do with the harness. i have left and right turn signal connected (poorly) and the middle light connected but a Fifth set of wires sliced and no where to connect them.

So in all hopefully if i can get a new wire harness and run that i would be 100% sure that there are not broken wires along the frame or dead end wires.

Thank you for all your help Dragone#19
