I have a Race ECU Kit for an 03-04 636 ZX6R or ZX6RR for sale if anyones interested. P.M. me for details.

 

With the race ECU, You can adjust and load your own map or use the map that is already loaded
in it. It also advanced the timing and raises your redline to give you more
power. Just by advancing the timing on the ZX6R/RR's you can gain 3-4 HP.
The maps will also add horsepower. I havethe ECU plus the
harness, software and users manual. The ECU alone retails for $700 and the
harness $600. I am asking half of that. It's a very good deal. I also have Velocity Stack that will
increase topend power.

I am taking my bike in for a Dyno Run today. It'll be run with the stock map with an FMF slip-on and a few other available Dynojet maps, then with the Race ECU. I will post results later.

The Dyno Master will have the bike over the weekend, so I'm hoping he'll play around with a few different MAPs; With the Race ECU also. I gave him the full program disc and instructions for the Race ECU. He's great with the Dynojet PCIII. We'll see.........

so is that race ecu kind of like a power commander ?

 

Yeah, but I can change the timing, raise the redline, make a custom map and the acceleration enrichment. It's like the power commander with the ignition module and accelerator pump feature. I have heard that the Race Kit is good for 10 HP! I think that's with the cams & velocity stacks too which I have and will install later. I'll soon find out. Also the Tuner told me that VP U4 race fuel is good for another 3-4 HP. I am doing this in steps to see the improvements with each mod.
