I have a 2004 kx 250 four stroke,when I shift into 2nd gear,the rear wheel locks up and the bike makes a loud noise.It only happens in 2nd.My dad and I got into the transmission and didnt see any 2nd gear issues like broken or worn teeth but did see a worn down shift fork.We replaced all 3 forks and put back together.When I rode it,the problem still happens. What are we not seeing?

 

Did you pull all of the gears? If so is the 2nd gear facing the correct direction?
