2020 KLX230R to soft front forks
I own a 20 klx230r, I like the bike as is (stock) my issue is the front forks are way to soft. The issue is every time I go into a turn either in the woods or on a mx track the front compress to where the front tire hits the fender. It should be noted i did go up one click in the rear from stock. I ended up breaking my wrist to where I needed a plate and seven screws. I have been searching for stiffer front springs. Anyone have the same issue or found a fix for this issue? I am about 200lbs and had my friends who are around 160lbs ride and the front dose the same to them. I have been told to try and make a longer spacer out of pvc or higher weight oil. I don't want to blow out the seals or springs by trying those ideas. Please help!

You won't blow out seals. If it was going to do so it would have done it under full compression. Spring preload a bit may work, but do not want to put in so large a spacer as to hit coil bind - coils completely compress.
Check this google search out - KLX230 suspension upgrades You should find what you want, heavier springs, for about $130 or so and well worth it.
