My 1994 kdx200 will not run it will fire off once in a blue moon run for like 2 seconds and dies won't fire again till you ready to set it on fire just bought a new carb same as the one it had reeds are good,125psi it has spark everything checks out like it should some one please help

 

125psi compression is low which means you need new rings (assuming the head gasket is sealing correctly)

Use new gas
spray soapy water on the ignition side crank seal and kick the engine over to check for bubbles (after removing the spark plug and while pressing the kill button) If there are bubbles then the seals need to be changed.
