Hello, my name is Ryan and i have an 04 ninja zx636r with a bucking issue. The problem started around 10k miles with the occasional 'hiccup' or stutter around 8500rpm but it has gotten much worse. Now, i cannot ride the bike above 8500rpm when in gear PERIOD. It acts as if it is hitting a rev limiter but much more violent and i cannot seem to locate the issue. I have tried installing and tuning it with a PC3 but did not help. I also replaced the ECU but no luck. I had my local kawasaki dealer look at it and after 3 weeks they cannot figure it out, everything tests good and to oem spec (spark plugs, injectors, etc) however the bike as a whole will still act up.. HELP PLEASE!!
