Well i got everything back together. I took the head light housing to a place called TAP plastics. its a store that deals with custom plastics and anything related to it. They tested the housing to see if they can find some thing to use on it. The results were not pleasing. So pretty much no epoxy will work in making a chemical bond with the type of plastics kawi used. JB weld is only a temp fix. Once it harders you can pick it off with your finger nail. What i ended up doing it buying this tape stuff they had at the store. Its clear like regualr tape but a lot strong and sticker then duck tape. It seems to work fine. I put the head lights back on the bike and have been riding it and its nice and stable. If im not mistaken the tabs are only used to line up and support the head lights while you put the upper fairing on right? So my head lights are bolted back to my upper fairing and seem really stable.

the fact that no epoxys will work with the type of plastic the head light housing is made of. So if it breaks it can't be repaired and has to be replaced. I was hoping there would be some type of epoxy that would work for it. So far with the tape its holding up great. Sounds ghetto but it works.

what ive done in the past on stuff like that is, if there is enough tab left on it still is drill a hole and zip tie the beach. if you can't see it its' all good and stable too. just a thought since your rigging it upanyway.
