turn signal flasher

turn signal flasher
On my 4010 gas Mule I have turn signals installed by the dealer about 14 years ago. Dealer has closed shop so no information from them available.
My turn signals have suddenly stopped flashing. This followed the replacement of my signal light bulbs from 193 incandescent to LED units. The bulbs all light up, but won't flash. I'm pretty sure I can put a heavier duty flasher in the system, but can't find where it's located. If it's under the dash, I'm screwed as it's a tight fit and I can't see anything under there. Under the seat is where it should be, but I can't seem to find it. Anybody have input?
Thanks,
Deke

LED's require less juice to operate. So either they will flash faster or not at all. Most of the time adding a resistor will solve the issue. Although,,,,there should be kits out there now to include everything needed. Flasher and led kits
This is from what I have gleaned off the wide web so far.
