Road Rage - Motorcycle vs Car

Wow! SUV lost it's mind.
Let's tally the damage each road rage individual is responsible for:
Motorcyclist: 1) Scuff mark to SUV bumper. Cost to repair? $10 with some touch up paint.
SUV driver: 1) Black SUV door panel adjacent to him/her....possibly hundreds. 2) Car that he/she front ended when he/she rode up the curb....hundreds. 3) His/Her own car by running head first into the parked car....hundreds.
Probability insurance would cover the SUV after seeing this video....ZERO.
