own a black 07 zx6r and plan on having my rims powder coated blue. would it be possible to take both rims off at the same time while just using the front and rear bike stands for support or do i need any additional supports for the bike?

stands should be fine...

 

kids...none... i got 5 chihuahuas and obviously they wouldn't be a problem...yeah hopefully the bike will still be on the stands until i get the rims back...thanks...

just found out, powder coating only works for one color. I was hoping to get my spokdes colored blue and the lips colored gray or silver....not polished...anyone done this before? how much did it cost?

 

Just paint them. I rattle canned mine, and they lasted for two years so far and still look as good as the day I did em.
