If you live in Florida I feel bad for you. Put your license plate on velcro that way you can easily remove it when you're feelin' you want to get crazy and might need to outrun to popo to avoid jail time.

the flip up / hidden / removable plate is part of the reason they are talking about doing it. its not that the wheelie or speeding is that bad, its that they are pissed that they can't mail you a ticket.

 

Why do people need to drive like that on the freeway? If I ever feel the need, I take it to an abandoned lot or some deserted back road. Jail time and 10 years ban is definitely overboard for punishment, though.
