I actualy just yesterday got a Suzuki SV 650F. It's bad ***, as I am just a laid back cruiser type dude. Nothing against Kawi's, cause I love em too. Just worked out that way.

People who get tired of 250s have just never learned to ride them.

It's much more fun riding flat out than it is having to restrain your throttle hand all the time.

I ride a bigger bike because they're not so good at regular 400 - 500 miles a day highway rides. People into 2-up touring need a bigger bike. New riders shouldn't be doing either until they've got a reasonable level of experience - at least a year and 10,000 miles.

Otherwise I'm happy with the size of my ***** and don't need an extension.

with the bigger bikes a new inexperianced rider can get into trouble really quick. I can't remember how many new $$$$$$$$ dollar bikes I have seen behind the various dealers over the years. Almost to a man they said "young and no riding skills caused this".
