Default Best And Worst Dealership Experience

What's the best or worst experience you've had with a dealership?

Thanks for the welcome.
I just had a terrible experience from the dealership. I found that they had charged me $700 for a 7500 mile service. I later found from the same dealership at another location would have charged me $450. I also noticed that they didn'tdo a valve check or carb sync. I am currently conversing with the owner to get this resolved.
I just wanted to know what others are experiencing with dealerships. I think after this I'll do my own maintenance.

The stealership I bought my current bike from gave me a pretty good deal on the bike and didn't thrash me too bad with those "dealer" fees. Anyway, they did offer me a program that would extend my warranty another 2 years beyond Kawi's 1 year warranty (which ends in about a month) and all maintance included for 3 years. It wasn't exactly cheap, but I'm thinking within three years time and the milage i put on the bike, it is probably worth it in the end.

It does suck but maintaince is a part of life. Personally I would rather do it myself. Come on you guys be confident. Do all the maintenaince your self. The only 1 that is touchey is have the valves checked by a profesional. but other than that your goood.
