Ok well had my wife call the local dealer ship for the 08 ZX 6R, well they don't have the 08 in yet but they do have the 07 and in black(Dam is the all black a sexy a$$ bike). Well have her ask about that one and the lady said blah blah blah msrp is 8,999.00. Blah blah blah but we can take 500 off and with all taxes and fees can get it to u for out the door for 9,300.00..Blah blah blah... So guess the question is what would you guys and galspay for OTD for the 07 ZX 6R? Cause I just about creamed my pants when I decided to look at it.

I suck when it comes to stealerships should I walk in and be like look im not paying more then 9k for everything or what ever price. Heres the cash throw it at them grab the bike and roll out? Cause im not going to finance it just want to pay out cash.. Well thanks folks

the msrp last year for the 07 is $8999.99 so it might be brand new still it should go down in price make them haggle like HD said

Just did a quick search on traderonline ..... best price I saw after just five minutes.. noone of the bikes had knobbies was $6,699 for a new07 ZX6R from a dealer in NC, there may be better deals .... check it out there....here's a link

yeah defitnitly search cycle trader first. and be kind to your wife, dont throw her in to battle the sharks.

 

Call them back and tell them 7600 out the door... because they need to beat the other opportunity you have at 7750 out the door.

 

I say that it can be done son. But the real question is what does your wife like. If she has a thing for new bikes I say go for it. Do not put her on more than a 1000CC bike unless she is ready. so really U are responsible.

 

when going for a new bike I wouldn't pay more then 200-300 over msrp OTD. For last years bike you should be able to get it for under msrp OTD. Like every one said look around to see what you can find.

Sorry been out in sector. Well bike is for me not wife. Also thanks for the link from above I got the bike I wanted 2007 ZX 6R in black new no miles for 7,604. Shipped from NC to KS. I'm pretty happy about the deal 13-15 more days till im back in the sates and get to get on it. Thanks again everyone
