Audio options with a Shoei X-Eleven?

Audio options with a Shoei X-Eleven?
I'm looking to run a radar detector and either an MP-3 player or Garmin Zumo. I'm looking for good options to run both with my existing "road" helmet. My initial though was ear buds but, that doesn't seem very comfortable.
