Hey everyone, I just bought a 1983 kz550 lmtd. I need the complete front brake system from master cylinder to calipers and pads, and everything in between. I have looked online but just cannot seem to find the parts. anyone have any ideas? Or does anyone know of aftermarket parts that will work?

 

keep checking e bay and cycle salvage yards near you or in other states. where you from ? or at ?

 

I am in Hawaii. It is impossilbe to get parts here. but I guess all I can do is keep checking e-bay.

 

boots, if you know your fiche numbers and have measurements, another year or even make of bikes calipers may fit.

This may sound ignorant, but I don't know what a fiche number is. Also I tryed bikebandit.com, but kz500 is not one of the bikes they have oem parts for. Thanks for the help though. Soon someone will have an answer that is spot on.
