Hello all

Just returned to biking after a 30 year gap, and i'm still nervous. Getting better though. Must have been braver when I was twenty!

Bought an Eliminator 2007 model, and I'm having a problem changing down to first when approaching junctions or roundabouts. It just refuses to change until i come to a complete stop and even then it can refuse for a time. Sometimes it won't drop below third, which makes exits a bit sluggish to say the least! I've looked at the clutch cable gap at the lever and it is 3mm which is supposed to be correct. Anyone else got any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem?
