I have an 01 model 125 with 4000 miles on it with no previous problems that was stolen and they broke the back of the ignition switch out to get it to run, luckily it was recovered and when I picked it up and brought it home I put a new ignition switch on it and it will turn over the lights,horn,blinkers etc. all work but it will not fire at all and I cant figure it out they didnt even have it a day everything is plugged up on it no cut wires etc. what could be going on???

It's not in gear is it?

 

not in gear the neutral light is on it turns over with the button and ive tried with the kick stand up and down and with the clutch held in still nothing
