Almost didn’t post this one because it was so easy but then thought that people should understand how easy it really is. My son installed it for me.

1. Unlock and open your old cap.
2. Remove screws, a little wd helps here, and remove old cap.
3. Wipe any dirt that my have accumulated under the old cap
4. Install new vortex base and tighten screws evenly.
5. Install new Vortex cap.
6. Have fun with your mechanic.

Well that is it. Looks cooler and no more having to use your key to open your cap when adding fuel. One down side is that if you park your bike outside a lot and some fool steals your cap it cost about 40-45 bucks for new.

Upside is your pimp factor goes up lol

hahaha, SKOOTR, you scared NS off it seems. Frickin Yami owners haha but a 11/05 post is kinda in the past and usefull to others.
