Default Replacing fork seals on 07 klx250h.

Was just wondering if anyone has a good link to a how to on replacing fork seals on the 250. Have never done them before and would really like to learn. The fork seals on my bike went bad recently and it's really messed stuff up, the worst being when the forks decompress all the way and sometimes stick. Any info on the subject and tips on suspension settings for track and trail riding greatly appreciated!!

I have no links, but between your factory manual and the internet, it is pretty straight forward. Seal drivers, a full seal kit and cleanliness. soft jaws in your bench vise is also recommended. Enjoy the experience.

I suggest that you replace the bushings along with the seals, especially if your forks have been sticking- bushings are probably shot.
Lots of companies carry these parts, here's an example for a full kit..
