Does anyone know if I can put a 98 or newer set of zx9r fairings on it with a little moddification?

 

I don't think they will fit. The '94-'97 was just a bit porkier in the mid-section and I doubt if they will "look" right. Might be worth a try though, if you have a set for cheap. Does the seam between the front cowl and the side/lower cause a problem? Mounting bolts may be different, too. Headlight is also different, I think.
