Default 351 bore kit for KLX250SF: Need help!

Thanks for everyones time!

I just got a Bill Blue 351cc kit for my 2010 KLX250SF. I am pretty new to tearing into motors and this is the first motorcycle engine I am working on. My brother ran the engine out of oil and seized the engine ... so there may be so other issues to deal with. But I have some questions about what to pay attention to with upgrading the bore:
1. Are there other threads or websites anyone could share? (I have found a couple threads about jetting but I am getting conflicting info)
2. I know jetting will need to change but what does it need to change to?
3. Are there other components that need to be upgraded? If so any info and opinions?

Any information is helpful and appreciated! Yes I may be over my head but I up for the challenge

Check my sig line for a link to my 351 build. Right up front are links to several other also.

Running out of oil and seizure very likely means the head/cams are toast. Possibly also bearings in the lower end. Keep us apprised of what you find. Post in the KLX250 section and you'll get a lot more interest and help. https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum/klx-250s-71/

Standard recommendation from Bill Blue is 2 up on the main jet and 1 up on the pilot when going 351. I did this, but went back to the stock #35 pilot. A lot depends on your elevation.

Some big bore users also upgrade the clutch, or at least clutch springs to Barnett. More info in my thread build.

Good luck and keep us apprised. Welcome to KF.
