Default Bill Blue 351 bore kit done.

Just finished up with the Big Bore kit, put 30 miles on her this morning, all break in run ups and run downs. Man she is a beast compared to what she once was. Bill blue did one hell of a job. Still got some time with the break in period, have not fully opened the throttle yet but she feels like a whole new machine. Use moto-tune's method. 30 miles is enough!

Be sure to re-tq your head after a heat cycle!

Order a 15t front!

I have to laugh at this, because the first day I rode mine, these are the exact words I thought when I hit the dirt roads and was able to see what she had.

What's the horsepower on the 351 kit with jetting/full exhaust?

good luck with the 351- it must RIP. I had bill's 331 kit with an fcr and fourstroke works header and pipe- was a new bike! What I liked best was it was more of a good thing- the klx has that great torque that make the bike so much fun to ride.

Neice job leisman!

Make sure you torque that head again, so the smile under your helmet doesn't go away!

Here is my 351 with his 34mm carb, #101 Web cam, port & polished, FMF bomb and 2B M-7 silencer. I also had smooth tires which helped get the power to the dyno, I think most have been with stock tires?

Either way a big bore kit for a stocker is the best bang for the buck!
