Hello everyone. I am new to the board and the new owner of an a 1984 ZN 1100. Bike has been sitting for 2 years and is in general not in too bad a shape. Got it running last might after tank cleanup new plugs and fresh oil. Wont run unless choke is all the way out. Want to rebuild carbs but kits are not coming up as available. My question is. Is this bike as far as carb parts goes the same an 82 or 83 1100. Thank you for any help you can give. Cheers

 

I know it's kind of late but I just saw your post.
I also have an 84 ZN1100. They have Mikuni BS34 carbs. Many other bikes use BS34 carbs. Look into these you will find parts. I just did my carbs. The worst part of the job is getting the air box & tubes back on. You probably already found that out though.
