lol like i said ive done preaty extensive car projects (ones that involve tools flying, yelling and screaming) but this is my first bike. Wat are the other options for front suspention. if i keep the stock forks wat handle bars do i use to get the cafe racer look. How do they mount up and wat do i need t make them work.

Oh, that's an easy one. there are some aftermarket clip-on bars you can get, in the exact same diameter as your forks. that's what I did with my old H-1 (check the photo album.) Go to Dennis Kirk, or some other large volume parts place. You may be able to even do a Googe for them. One caveat: you may have some tight fit isues with the old fluid reservoirs and/or hoseswith the clip-ons. There are also some aftermarket cafe farings you can buy (similar to the oldHonda CB-F series factory jobs. I had a CB900F that had a really cool factory cafe faring on it. What a brute.)

So if i bought a set of clip ons that matched up to the fork tube they would work itd just be a tight fit?
